Vendor Info #CCF2024

We are looking for high quality food and merchandise vendors with products, either handmade or unique and beautiful as well as delicious, affordable, and creative menus fit for a festival feast. If that’s you we would love to hear from you! We have waived the retail booth fee for this year!
*All Food Vendor spots have been filled as of February 9th, 2024

  • 10x20 (ft) space (flexible), vendor must provide their own tents, tables, and other materials.

    1 non-transferable GA ticket. (if you have more than 1 worker, please purchase additional tickets.

    1 Vendor Vehicle Pass to unload/load your products/food. Once you are set-up, one vehicle may be parked in the vendor parking area behind the pavilion during the festival.

    • Electricity can be provided for $10. Water may be provided on a case by case basis.

  • • Please staff your booth with positive, fun-loving, toe-tapping, smiling folks!

    • Your booth must be neat, attractive, and well maintained. You must have a professional looking sign...Lights are welcome but please no flashers. Banners and flags are encouraged.

    • You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, your merchandise, and your trash.

    • Your booth must be removed, and the area cleaned up before NOON on Sunday May 19th, 2024.

    • All craft booths must have a usable 5 lb. fire extinguisher and all food booths must have a usable 11 lb. fire extinguisher both must have a valid inspection tag.

    • Sales tax must be collected as required by Arkansas Law. You are responsible for reporting your sales tax info.

  • • Must supply a current Certificate of Liability for a minimum of $100,000 naming Southern Sounds, LLC and its employees and volunteers as additional insured.

    • There will be limited site security roaming the festival grounds

    • Vendor accepts responsibility for all lost or stolen merchandise and equipment.

    • Vendor accepts all responsibility, liability, and costs for any damage to booth, to customers, to the festival and to the environment.

  • Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Southern Sounds, LLC and it’s agents, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from (i) the conduct or management of the premises or any business therein, (ii) any act, omission or negligence of the Vendor or the partners, directors, officers, agents, employees, invitees or contractors of the Vendor, (iii) any accident, injury or damage whatsoever occurring in or at the premises. Vendor hereby expressly indemnifies Southern Sounds, LLC for the consequences of any negligent act or omission of Southern Sounds, LLC and its agents, employees
